Travel Policy
|
Scuba diving and travel have some inherent risks.
We used to just worry about weather, but now there are
wars, terrorists, hurricanes, plane crashes, and other
Acts of God. We really like you, and we want you
to come back and do business with us, but we can't see
the future. So, when you pay for dive travel with
us, it's paid for. In the event of all of those
things listed above, or other Acts of God, we can't give
refunds. We recommend trip insurance to cover the
bases. That way, you won't be mad if anything
happens. And you won't lose your money either.

Refund Policy
|
There are a few things that we'll refund you for.
If we sell you something that is materially defective
(it doesn't work, or stops working within 30 days),
we're really sorry, and we'll replace it or we'll refund
it.
If 30 days have passed, or the product shows signs
of abuse, we won't refund it.
If you sign up for a dive class
or a dive trip, and have to pull out before the class or
trip, we'll be happy to refund you everything
except the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations happen. We know that, and we'll
try to be flexible, but here is our policy.
Cancellation on Overnight
(Domestic) Trips:
If you cancel within 10 business days
of an overnight domestic trip we will refund 100% of
your trip cost, or apply it toward store credit for
another purchase. If you cancel within 5 business
days of an overnight domestic trip, we will refund 50%
of your trip cost, or apply it toward store credit for
another purchase. There will be no refund for any
cancellation where there is less than 5 business days
notice.
Cancellation on Day Trips:
If you cancel within 5 business days
of a day trip, we will refund 100% of your trip cost, or
apply it toward store credit for another purchase.
There will be no refund for any cancellation where there
is less than 5 business days notice.
Cancellation on Open Water
Diver Course
When you purchase the Open Water Diver Course
(whether traditional or e-learning), we you cancel within 5 business days, we will
refund the cost of your course minus $100, or
allow you to reschedule your course within 6 months. There will be no refund for any cancellation where there
is less than 5 business days notice.

Deposit Policy
|
Deposits are non-refundable. Sorry, but we
have to do it. When you sign up for a dive class
and pay a deposit, we use it to purchase the materials
that we need to teach you, stuff that is beyond what we
keep in inventory. We think you'll understand, but
we have to have a policy to keep us in business.
When you purchase the Open Water Diver Course
(whether traditional or e-learning), we you cancel within 5 business days, we will
refund the cost of your course minus $100, or
allow you to reschedule your course within 6 months. There will be no refund for any cancellation where there
is less than 5 business days notice.
