Our training philosophy is to create active and
self sufficient divers. While the industry standard is focused on
getting new divers, Surface Interval training is focused on superior
training and the creation of a local diving community. This
community begins with friendly, effective training experiences and
continues through local activities, continuing education, and dive
travel. Scuba diving is a social sport build around education,
fellowship, and adventure.
Surface Interval Training offers
certification programs from the industry leaders in diver and emergency
medical training such as:
- Professional Association of Diving Instructors
- Divers Alert Network
- Emergency First Response
- Medic First Aid
Surface Interval Training offers all the
standard courses you would expect from PADI, such as the Open
Water Diver Course, Advanced Open Water Diver Course, etc.
Our focus is on a quality training experience for the diver.
While the industry standard is focused on getting new divers,
Surface Interval training is focused on superior training and
the creation of a local diving community. This community
begins with friendly, effective training experiences.

In the United States, more than 250,000 people per year die
of sudden cardiac arrest. For every minute that passes in
cardiac arrest the likelihood of patient survival decreases by
10%.
It could happen to any one. But if it happened to your
loved one, what would you do?
Surface Interval offers health and safety courses from
industry leaders such as Emergency First Response and Medic First
Aid.
