Course Waivers

Surface Interval Training makes copies of our waivers available for each of our scuba classes to allow the diver to fully read and complete the waivers in the comfort of their own home.

If you are scheduled for an upcoming Surface Interval Training scuba class, please feel free to download and complete the waivers for your particular class. Bringing them with you to the first class meeting will mean that there will be less for you to do and more time for fun!
